COVID-19 Lockdown Notice
Our President announced the National lockdown period from 27 March to 16 April earlier this week. Since COVID-19 officially declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation, we have been putting measures into place to protect our employees, our customers and our communities, while making the best efforts to ensure continuity in business activities and customer service.
As our valued customer and business partner, I wish to thank you for your loyal support and to assure you of our commitment to do our best to support you wherever possible during this uncertain and trying time.
I wish to inform you that we will be closing our factory based in Olifantsfontein, South Africa, from
27 March to 17 April 2020.
Our Management, Commercial, Finance and other essential services will be working remotely. Our Commercial team will therefore be available to support with any quotation, enquiry or online meeting you may require. We have successfully conducted online training sessions which is also possible if required. I personally feel we must stand together and use this time as efficient as possible, enabling us to limit the impact of this lockdown.
Please also note that our Finance department will continue to be fully functional during this period and we encourage you to reach out and contact them whenever you need assistance. It is again important for all of us to be informed of any possible challenges we might face in the weeks or months to come.
