A versatile best-seller converted to LED technology
BEKA Schréder has recently reintroduced a popular traditional decorative luminaire, but with the added benefits of LED technology.
A classic of the Victorian era, the Albany LED is notable for its versatility. Available in two sizes, with a range of LED photometric engines and timeless form, it is suitable for large urban centres, as well as smaller towns or urban areas.
Now, equipped with state-of-the-art LED technology, this classic luminaire is ready to improve the quality, comfort and safety of your lighting installation while offering significant energy savings and reduced CO2 emissions, as well no lamp or component replacements for more than 10 years.
The Albany LED is perfectly suited for decorative streetlighting for Group A and B roads, area lighting and parking areas. The flexibility of the LensoFlex®2 photometric engine allows for multiple light distributions to ensure that the specific requirements of each application are met. Furthermore, the options for varying the number of LEDs allows for a precise adaptation of the nominal power of the luminaire according to the area that is to be lit. Additional features, such as custom dimming profile, can be included to improve energy savings.
The locally manufactured Albany LED comes standard with a correlated colour temperature (CCT) of neutral white light (4000K), and the option of warm white (3000K) to suit the ambiance in which it is placed. The luminaire is also available in a post top version.
